SHIPPING + RETURNS

Return Policy

Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, and great quality products that you all will love. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase, which is something that we do offer, although some of the items we purchase from our vendors do not offer us returns. Each item that is eligible for a return will be listed on the shipping and return tab. If it is not eligible for a return, we ask that you reach out to us within 14 business days with your return claim about the product so we can issue you a store credit. Any claims reported to us AFTER 14 BUSINESS DAYS will not qualify for a store credit.

Items MUST be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Unworn and Unwashed. NO makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Final Sale Policy

Items marked *FINAL SALE* on the packing label will NOT be accepted for return. Items purchased with 15% or more, and items in a SALE category and PREORDERS are FINAL SALE. 

 

PREORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND unless DAMAGED. Shipping delays are out of our control, and we WILL NOT issue a refund on a preorder item due to that. By purchasing a preorder, you agree to this. If you receive a damaged item/order, you MUST provide photos of all damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

Once you place an order, it cannot be canceled for a refund. If the order has not shipped, we can only issue a store credit. If the order has been shipped, then it will have to be mailed back in return for a store credit.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color, you must return your unwanted item(s) back to us. It must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if paid)

Outstanding INVOICES

If you order a customized item through social media and we personally send you an invoice, you have 24 hours to pay. If the invoice becomes delinquent, your invoice will be removed, and if you choose to reorder, you will have another chance to pay, and if the same occurrence happens, you will no longer be allowed customized ordering.

Lost/Stolen packages

We ARE NOT responsible for packages once they have been marked delivered to your mailbox or address. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
